- Who takes the payment?
- Our payment provider, the Merchant of Record named at checkout. It issues the receipt and handles sales tax and VAT. We never see your card.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, within 14 days: in full for a package whose research has not started, and for the part of a research you have not spent. The terms say how.
- Who sees my research?
- Your research belongs to your project. Research and model providers process the text to do the work. The privacy policy describes how that data is handled.
